UK Customer Satisfaction Index January 2020 5 The UK Customer Satisfaction Index is 76.9, 0.8 points lower than in January 2019 and its lowest level since July 2015 This is the fifth successive survey in which customer satisfaction has fallen, the longest sequence of declining scores since the UKCSI was launched in 2008. The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies. Organisations from across the UK can enter and will be judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics. The awards ceremony takes place following The Institute's industry-leading Annual Conference. As in the past, OCS has chosen to use the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) methodology to survey the states. This is the same methodology used to survey the eligible entities. This survey will be the fourth time, beginning in 2012, that OCS has surveyed the states.
