It wouldn't be a bad idea to take algebra either. Or trig, or geometry, or calculus, or statistics, or any other kind of math you can find. Any and all math will help train your brain to think and solve problems. Doesn't matter if you pass or fail, or how many times you take it. Doesn't matter if you will ever use it or not. finite was a lot easier for me than stats, but then I had to go ALL the way back to trig and pre-calc to be able to take the calculus sequence.
